$167.3M Powerball ticket winner was sold at Clark's Pump-N-Shop in Georgetown

There will be a whole heckuva lot of pumping and shopping going on for the winner of the biggest Powerball jackpot in Kentucky history — and they can afford their own UK basketball commercials until the end of time.
Clark’s Pump-N-Shop on 480 Connector Road in Georgetown sold the winning ticket worth a record-setting $167.3 million following the drawing on Saturday, April 26. The Powerball numbers were 1-12-14-18-69 and the Powerball was 2, leading to the historic cash-out.
This prize destroys the previous Powerball record of $128.6 million, that jackpot sold in December 2009 — also in Georgetown, then at ProTravel Marathon. A year later, a Simpsonville, KY retailer sold another Powerball jackpot in December 2010 worth $19.1 million.
The name of the latest winner has not yet been announced.
“This is truly another historic moment for the Kentucky Lottery, our retailers and more importantly our players,” the Kentucky Lottery said Sunday. “We advise the winner to sign the back of their ticket and keep it in a secure location. For a prize of this magnitude, we also encourage the ticket holder to seek financial and legal advice before claiming the $167.3 million Powerball jackpot. The winning ticket holder can claim their prize within 180 days from the date of the drawing.”
As you know by now, Clark’s Pump-N-Shop is a longtime friend of KSR and Kentucky basketball — big fans over here. You may remember Lamont Butler, Jaxson Robinson and Andrew Carr filming a legendary commercial for the popular convenience store where you can return, refresh and refuel this past season.

If you won, just know you have a best friend in me and a lifelong spot as a co-host on Sources Say, if interested. It’ll be the two of us against the world, forever. Just say the word.
