Stewart is graded by both 247 Sports and Rivals as a three-star prospect in his class. 247 Sports ranks him as the 37th best cornerback in the nation while Rivals slots him at No. 56. Kentucky was the first Power 5 offer for Stewart, which he received all the way back in Jan. 2018. He originally left Auburn following a major change-up in staffing at the conclusion of the 2020 season but remained in close contact with the new coaches. Despite that and over a dozen new scholarship offers since the start of the new year, Stewart lands in Lexington.
Joining four-star cornerback Jeremiah Caldwell, Stewart is now the second commitment for Kentucky from the class of 2022. He made his announcement official via Twitter.
