3-star OT Jermiel Atkins schedules June official visit with Kentucky
Clocking in at 6-foot-8, 290 pounds, class of 2025 offensive tackle Jermiel Atkins is a highly intriguing prospect in the trenches. Kentucky is one of three schools currently scheduled to get an in-person look at the three-star lineman later this month.
Atkins tells KSR that he will officially visit the Wildcats June 21-23. Along with Kentucky, he’ll also OV at Virginia Tech (June 7) and Minnesota (June 14). He has already taken one official visit, which was spent at Arizona State over the weekend.
Kentucky initially offered Atkins back in Feb. 2024, his first from a high-major school. Virginia Tech, Arizona State, Minnesota, and West Virginia have all joined the mix ever since. A pair of Wildcat assistants — associate head coach Vince Marrow and offensive line coach Eric Wolford — posed with Atkins for a picture when he made a trip to campus in late March.
