4-star safety with Kentucky connection schedules June official visit
Kentucky football is dipping back into the state of New Jersey in hopes of landing another nationally-ranked defensive back.
Vaboue Toure, a class of 2024 four-star safety, tweeted on Monday night that he has scheduled an official visit with the Wildcats set for June 13-15. He is considered the No. 254 rising senior in the country and the No. 23 overall safety, according to the On3 Industry Ranking.
Toure suits up for Irvington (NJ) High School, which is the same program that produced incoming Kentucky freshman defensive back, Nasir Addison. Addison was a three-star recruit out of Irvington and chose UK over the likes of Florida State, Michigan State, Pittsburgh, Ole Miss, and plenty more. He’s already been doing his own recruiting of Toure, too.
Toure, who clocks in at 6-foot-1, 190 pounds, is ranked as a top 5 prospect from the state of New Jersey. Along with UK, he has two other official visits locked in with Penn State (June 9-11) and Oklahoma (June 16-18).

Alabama WR to transfer
Toure received his scholarship from Kentucky all the way back in March 2022, which came from defensive coordinator Brad White. In addition to the three schools he’s locked in official visits with, Toure has also picked up offers from the likes of Alabama, Florida State, Notre Dame, Ole Miss, Wisconsin, Nebraska, LSU, Ohio State, Southern California, Oregon, Miami (FL), Tennessee, Texas A&M, and many more.
With such an impressive offer sheet, it’s no small note that Toure has already set up an OV with the Wildcats. Three-star WR Antonio White out of Lilburn, GA will also officially visit UK during June 13-15. Penn State might have the upper hand at this stage in the process, as Toure has already visited the Nittany Lions multiple times. He’s been to Oklahoma once before while this will be his first trip to Lexington.
His older brother, Famah Toure, is an incoming freshman wide receiver at Rutgers, where Vaboue has visited several times already.
