The support for the Kentucky football team from the Big Blue Nation has been incredible. Students are lining up hours before kickoff to get in the stands early. It’s played a role in consistently creating outstanding atmospheres at Kroger Field.

Unfortunately, the team has not delivered a rewarding product. Those Kentucky fans have left Kroger Field with losses in ten of the last 12 SEC games. It’s hard to get up off the mat after being let down so many times. I have faith they’ll still do it anyway.

It was an electric Saturday night the last time Kentucky played in Lexington. Odds are, it’s going to be another one for a beautiful Saturday in the Bluegrass when Auburn comes to town for just the second time since 2010.

If you’re struggling to get your mind right, don’t fret. It’s totally understandable. That’s where the UK Sports Video department steps into the equation. Let their hype video help the juices get flowing before Kentucky takes the field against the Auburn Tigers.

Video production and editing are not in my wheelhouse. However, from a creative standpoint, I’m not sure if the Halloween theme fits well at the present moment in time. Kroger Field should be a House of Horrors for opponents, not the home team, and that’s been the case over the last 2-3 years. Maybe a little spooky Saturday is just what this program needs to jolt out of this funk.
