A Lengthy Final Injury Report for Kentucky vs. Missouri
Mark Stoops likes to play coy when discussing injuries. He opened the week by sharing the Kentucky Wildcats were “banged up.” With just a few hours until kickoff, we now know the Kentucky head coach wasn’t exaggerating. Take a closer look at the final injury report to see who’s preparing to play Saturday night at Kroger Field.
Kentucky Inactives
Trevin Wallace — OUT
Kentucky’s star linebacker prematurely exited the game against his home state school, Georgia. The shoulder injury will keep him out against Missouri.
Jager Burton — OUT
While most fans were focused on the penalty flags, Burton was limping through an injury. Ryan Lemond reports he will miss Saturday’s game against Missouri. It’s unclear how long the injury may linger. The Lexington native started in 19 consecutive games.
Kenneth Horsey — IN
Kentucky’s super senior team captain has not played since suffering an injury in week one. He’s been dressed for practice the last two weeks, but did not travel with the Wildcats to Georgia. Horsey will step up in Burton’s absence.
Jalen Geiger — OUT
The most consistent Kentucky safety suffered an injury against Georgia that will sideline him for a “couple weeks.”

Missouri Injury Report
Cody Schrader — IN
Missouri’s leading rusher tallied 113 yards and three touchdowns last week with a pulled quad. Even though it’s not completely healed, Schrader is expected to suit up and play against UK.
Ennis Rakestraw — OUT
The Tigers will not a four-year starter at cornerback tonight. Rakestraw has dealt with lingering injuries for weeks and Eli Drinkwitz ultimately decided to give him the week off.
Mekhi Miller — TBD
The 6-foot-1 wide receiver’s status is up in the air as kickoff approaches. He has caught 5 passes for 65 yards and a touchdown. Another wide receiver, Peanut Houston, is not expected to play today either.
