A Quick, Fake Summary: The Ships Have Come To Carry You Home
Nothing lasts forever. Empires crumble and fall. Legends of men are swallowed in the sands of time. And even in the comfortable (yet cold) confines of Nashville, the Wildcats could not continue their winning ways. The Wildcats fought hard, yet fall to the Clemson Tigers by the score of 21-13.
What remains to be seen comes soon, as Coach Brooks is expected to address his future with the Wildcat program. He may choose to remain as Captain of our guard. He may choose to sail to the Blue & White Shores... and beyond, a far green country under a swift sunrise. Regardless, he has guided our program to spectacular heights that shouldn't be clouded by a season of almost/maybe/coulda/shoulda/woulda.
Update by Fake Gimel: Brooks says in post-game press conference, "80% chance I won't be back next season... I think it may be time for Joker to take over." He said he will decide in the next decide in 3 or 4 days.
Update the Second by Fake Gimel: Derrick Locke announces that he is likely to stay for his senior season. That's a nice piece of good news. Also returning next season? Randall Cobb. (He didn't have to announce it, though.)
