LOOK: Abby Steiner, Josh Allen came home for Kentucky vs. Georgia
It was a Big Blue Homecoming for some of Kentucky’s biggest stars today at Kroger Field. 200-meter national champion Abby Steiner and Jacksonville Jaguar Josh Allen were in the stands to watch the Cats vs. the No. 1 Bulldogs. The two were recognized on the field during the game, with Steiner holding the Honda Award she won over the summer.
Steiner set the collegiate record in the 200m at the NCAA Championships in June and won her first national title at the USATF Championships. After going pro, she finished fifth in the 200m at the World Track and Field Championships.
Allen and his family also posed for our photographer Dr. Michael Huang. It feels like just yesterday he was holding his first son on stage at the 2019 NFL Draft.

Allen’s Jacksonville teammate Luke Fortner was also at the game, although we don’t have any photographic evidence. The Jags (3-7) are on bye this week.
Enjoy some other photos from the game. Despite the chilly temperatures, it was a beautiful day at Kroger Field.
