Kentucky's got a ten-point lead, but there was a scary moment on the floor moments ago when
Alex Poythress got hit in the face by Horace Spencer after a fantastic block:

It looked like Spencer inadvertently hit Alex in the eye, and the pain was so bad Alex went back to the locker room to get checked out. We'll update you on his status when we know more.
UPDATE: Alex has returned to the game with rec specs...
