Alvin Brooks III paddle boating with his family is the most wholesome thing you'll see this weekend
Kentucky Associate Head Coach Alvin Brooks III helped the Wildcats close on Malachi Moreno, the nation’s No. 1 center and a top-25 prospect overall. It was a massive get for the program, the first domino to fall in 2025 and quite the momentum-builder going into the early signing period this fall.
How is Brooks celebrating the big recruiting win? By taking his family paddle boating in Lexington.
And it’s easily the most wholesome thing you’ll see this weekend.
Brooks shared a video of their outdoor excursion on Instagram alongside his wife, Tiffany, and his two sons, AJ and Austin.
Between his son tipping his cap and asking viewers to like, share, comment and subscribe, his wife singing ‘Row, Row, Row Your Boat’ and the Kentucky coach comparing the paddling to a Peloton workout “but in real life,” I can’t decide my favorite part.
Actually, scratch that. The best (and most important) part of the clip comes at the very end.
“We’re loving Kentucky so far,” Brooks III said.
Big Blue Nation is certainly happy to keep the Brooks family around for the long haul.
