Anthony Davis Visits His Old High School For Red Bull
Last week, Red Bull released Part 1 in a series entitled Coming Home, which followed Davis around on a visit to his hometown of Chicago to promote their Red Bull Reign 3 on 3 tournament taking place in Chicago this month. In the 2nd part of the series, Davis visits his old high school, which famously didn’t actually have their own basketball court during Davis’ tenure there, until Davis donated to the school to have a court built. I’d say he still turned out okay. If you want to check out the video, check out this link to Red Bull’s website:
In anticipation of Red Bull Reign, the three-on-three basketball tournament taking place later this month, Anthony takes us back to the high school where his basketball career began for the second part of Coming Home.
You get to hear him talk about how it was going from 6’0 to 6’10 in the matter of two years as well, for those of us who never hit a 10-inch growth spurt and got taken 1st overall in the NBA Draft.
