Anthony Epps will be Campbellsville High School's next boys' basketball coach
A former Kentucky National Champion will be back on the sidelines in the Commonwealth this fall.
Once a star for Marion County, Anthony Epps will remain in the Fifth Region. Following Tim Davis’ retirement, Epps will be the next boys’ head basketball coach at Campbellsville High School. His daughter and fellow UK great, Makayla Epps, congratulated her pops on Twitter.

Epps scored 881 career points playing for Rick Pitino’s Kentucky Wildcats between 1993-97. He was named to the All-Regional Team during UK’s run to a National Title in 1996. Epps nearly lifted the Cats to back-to-back titles with a late three-pointer that forced overtime in the 1997 Championship game against Arizona.
Best of luck to Epps and his Eagles when they hit the hardwood this fall.
