Arkansas Lost Before It Started Because You Can't Boo A Baby And Expect To Win In Life

Arkansas didn’t lose to Kentucky in the second half of Saturday night’s game at Bud Walton Arena. The Wildcats scored more points in the second half and on the final scoreboard, winning 63-57 in Fayetteville. Still, the game was lost long before the Razorbacks blew two 10-point first-half leads or before Reed Sheppard and Antonio Reeves scored 14 points each in the second.
When Eric Musselman watches the tape on Sunday, he may see several instances in which his players were outplayed or missed critical shots down the stretch. His team’s 3-point defense was undoubtedly a backbreaker in the second half. The starting guard leaving the team before tipoff probably threw a wrench in things, too. But none of those impacted the game’s outcome, nor did any player on either side, because Arkansas lost the game several hours before the teams stepped off the buses on Saturday afternoon.

Arkansas lost at around 11:15 a.m. Saturday morning when those imbeciles booed a baby during College Gameday. The adorable little Kentucky fan sat behind enemy lines for ESPN’s Saturday morning tip-off show, minding her own business in her cute little game day bow headband, not hurting anyone or causing a stir. But when ESPN’s cameras showed her on TV and on the screens inside Bud Walton, those cowards showered the sweet little Kentucky fan in boos, sealing the Razorbacks’ fate for later that night. The Gameday crew couldn’t believe it, so the cameras went back for another close-up, only for Arkansas fans to boo even louder.
It’s why they haven’t been to a Final Four since 1995, and why Walmart makes them work so much: Arkansas fans don’t know how to behave in public. The hog-calling was already testing everyone’s patience. But, who boos a baby when the nation is watching? Arkansas fans do and they got what was coming.
PIGS hat guy should have to wear a blue bow until Arkansas wins another game.
