Arkansas OL Joshua Braun Commits to Kentucky
One of the top offensive linemen in the transfer portal is making a move to Kentucky. Shortly after visiting Kentucky, former Arkansas offensive guard Joshua Braun has committed and signed with Kentucky.
Braun will be a Super Senior with one year of eligibility remaining. He spent the last two seasons at Arkansas. Even though he made a decision early in the process, it was an eventful offseason for Bruan. He entered his name into the transfer portal, withdrew it, then had second thoughts and went out looking for a third school in his career.
A four-star, Top-300 talent in the class of 2020, the Florida native initially signed to play with the Gators. He completed his undergrad while playing very few snaps over three years in Gainesville.
Braun found immediate success in Fayetteville. The 6-foot-6, 340-pound offensive guard started in all 12 games for the Razorbacks. He was a Second-Team All-SEC selection by the Associated Press after allowing only two sacks in over 394 pass-blocking snaps with just three penalties. He started in all 12 games for the 6-6 Razorbacks in 2024.

Fixing the offensive line is a top priority for Kentucky this offseason. However, the Kentucky coaching staff stated publicly that the emphasis would be on finding a center and two tackles. Braun was a two-year starter for the Razorbacks at right guard, the position former Florida Gator Jalen Farmer started in for 12 games in 2024.
