BBNBA: Jamal Murray, Nuggets take down Nets 144-139 in overtime
The NBA season calls for exciting games with high-intensity endings, and Jamal Murray has been on the good end of those endings in back-to-back games now.
After he hit a buzzer-beater to send Monday’s Nuggets game to overtime, he helped lead the charge for yet another Denver overtime victory on Tuesday, this one being a 144-139 win against the Nets.

Murray scored 24 points while also recording three rebounds and three assists in his 37 minutes of action. He was one of four Nuggets to accumulate 20+ points on the night. Murray got started in a hurry, making sure to make his presence felt early.
The former ‘Cat’s 24 points mark a season high for him. Despite being on the road in the team’s last two games, Murray has shown up for the occasion.
Other BBNBA Notes
- PJ Washington‘s 17 points aided the Mavericks to a 120-114 road victory over the Timberwolves. On the losing side, Julius Randle posted 20 points, seven rebounds, seven assists and two steals in 35 minutes of action. Rob Dillingham did not play due to a “Coach’s Decision”.
- The Kings won 113-96 over the Jazz out in Utah as De’Aaron Fox, Malik Monk and Trey Lyles combined for 28 points on the night. Fox also tallied five rebounds and six assists to his name. In just seven minutes on the floor, Johnny Juzang record a steal for the Jazz.
