It was a boom or bust night for a lot of the Kentucky guys in the NBA last night. So we're going to switch the recap up a little bit and bounce around the highs and lows from Monday.
BOOM: De'Aaron Fox drops 43 in a loss
It's a shame his teammates aren't more helpful but win or lose, De'Aaron Fox has a knack for the net as of late. Last night's 43 matches a runner-up for his season-high and since the start of March, he's fourth in the NBA in scoring at 28.8 points per game. Only Steph Curry, Donovan Mitchell and Zion Williamson are ahead.

Funnily enough, he's battling two of those players for play-in real estate. Sacramento is two spots out of the last play-in spot as the 12 seed. The team right in front of them, New Orleans, beat the Kings last night to bolster their lead; and Golden State kept the 10-seed by winning the game below...
BUST: Jamal Murray tears ACL
Before the final minute of last night's game between Golden State and Denver, the story would have been Stephen Curry's 53-point performance. Instead, on a layup in the final minute, Nuggets guard Jamal Murray fell and tore his ACL, Shams Charania confirmed this morning.

Tough pill to swallow for Murray, who was in the midst of a career year, and Denver, who is coming off a Western Conference Finals appearance where Murray was the leading scorer and was in prime position for another deep postseason.
Like we've seen with John Wall and DeMarcus Cousins, these major leg injuries can be career-altering. Luckily, Murray doesn't have nearly the injury history of Wall or Boogie, and he's suffering his ACL tear at a much younger age than Cousins suffered his or when Wall suffered his Achilles tear.
Get well soon Jamal!
BOOM: Julius Randle leads in Lakers win as Knicks surge
At one point this month, the New York Knicks had lost five of six and were floating towards the fringe of playoff contention after spending several weeks battling for the four-seed. Now, they're 3-0 in the last week with a pair of wins over Western Conference Playoff teams in the Grizzlies and Lakers.
Last night, Randle surpassed the 30-point threshold for the fourth time this season, scoring 34 to go along with 10 rebounds and 4 assists and the win to boost his Knicks back above .500 at 28-27.
BUST: Other Knicks
Randle poured in 34 but the rest of Kentucky's Knicks representatives combined for 11 points in 36 minutes of play. Noel was solid as a rebounder and defender, the main reason he's even on the court, but Quickley was surprisingly unproductive against a banged-up LA squad.
In his last eight games, he's only reached double figures twice while Kevin Knox has only played in three of those games and never for more than five minutes.
Oh well, IQ is probably just hitting a sort of rookie wall, I'm sure he'll snap into better form.
BOOM: Booker with 24 in another win
Booker was your
BBNBA Player of the Week as he continues to lead his Suns higher and higher up the standings. Last night, he took a back seat to Jae Crowder, who had history on his mind in the first half. The veteran swingman scored 26 points just in the first half vs. the Houston Rockets and hit 8-9 threes.
In the second half, Booker took over his normal scoring responsibilities to finish with 24 on 9-18 shooting while Jae responded to his en fuego first half with 0 points on 0-3 shooting.
