We have entered a recruiting dead period in college football, but transfer destinations are still being decided. Another former Kentucky player has found a new home.

UNLV officially announced the addition of offensive lineman Ben Christman on Friday. The former blue-chip recruit will spend his redshirt senior season playing for new head coach Dan Mullen in the Mountain West. Christman will have two years of eligibility remaining due to a medical redshirt option after missing the entire 2023 season with a knee injury.

Ben Christman was one of five offensive line additions in the transfer portal for Kentucky along with Tanner Bowles (Alabama), Marques Cox (Northern Illinois), Courtland Ford (USC), and Dylan Ray (West Virginia) following the 2022 season. Cox was the only player to exhaust his remaining eligibility in Lexington. Bowles stepped away from football with a year of eligibility remaining while Ford moved to UCLA and Ray landed at Minnesota this offseason. Christman began his playing career at Ohio State.
