In the Ashland, a Kentucky Oaks prep race, Sailor's Valentine won a half million dollars as a 22-1 long shot.
That wasn't the biggest upset of the day. In the Grade 2 Blue Grass Stakes, Irap won its first race with Julien Leparoux aboard.
