Last night, the famous actor popped up at the Whiskey Pig in Bardstown at a special dinner to kick off the Kentucky Bourbon Festival, which is going on now through Sunday. According to the Herald-Leader, Murray attended the $190-a-person dinner, which featured Willett bourbon and food by Husk & McCrady's chef Sean Brock and chefs Newman Miller and Joshua Smouse. Brock and Murray, both residents of Charleston, South Carolina, are friends (if you haven't seen Anthony Bourdain's "Parts Unknown" episode about Charleston, I highly recommend it), and Murray apparently tagged along with Brock for the trip. Here's a picture of the two with some lucky Bardstown residents: A random Bill Murray sighting is awesome, but that's not even the best part of this story. At one point during the dinner, Murray jumped on stage and sang the 1972 hit "Brandy (You're a Fine Girl)" by Looking Glass: "You look young, get me some ham" is going to be part of my vocabulary from now on.
