BLUE GOT IN: Kentucky fans invaded Louisville's home arena for the Wildcats' win
With attendance at record lows in the KFC Yum Center this season, the Big Blue Nation seized the opportunity to plant the UK flag in Louisville’s own building during the 56th running of the Battle of the Bluegrass. Louisville became the capital city of the BBN for a night as Kentucky fans invaded downtown Derby City to watch the Wildcats pounce on a broken basketball program at UofL.
A sea of blue shirts throughout the arena spoiled Louisville’s silly attempt at a Red Out. The empty red seats helped combat the Kentucky blue for the folks at home, but the BBN Takeover couldn’t be stopped. Reports from inside say the upper level was a complete takeover, including an actual UK flag flying from the top deck.

BLUE!
WHITE!
Late in the game when the Louisville fans were either on their way home or close to it, Kentucky fans sang out one of our favorite songs: BLUE! WHITE!
The Blue-White chant was loud and crystal clear to anyone watching on television, no matter how hard the in-house DJ tried to drown them out.
These guys were fun, too:
