Kentucky improved to 2-1 following an 80-55 victory over Mount St. Mary’s. The box score is impressive, despite a late, lengthy scoring drought.
Oscar Tshiebwe was incredible, again. He insists he’s not a machine, but evidence suggests otherwise. After consecutive 20-rebound performances, he followed it up with a career-high 24 points and 16 rebounds.

Oscar wasn’t the only one with a career high. TyTy Washington made 7-of-12 shots to score 16 points. Sahvir Wheeler added 12 points and 8 assists, giving the UK point guard a 20-1 assist-to-turnover ratio over the last two games.
Zan Payne was the Real MVP for one person who lived on the edge, scoring four points in the final minute to help the Cats win by 25.
