If you can stomach it, the box score shows the numbers behind Kentucky’s disappointing effort down in Starkville. Mississippi State completely had its way with Kentucky when the Bulldogs had the ball, picking the Wildcats’ defense apart for 36 completions on 39 passing attempts. The school’s record for consecutive completions in a game was 12, and Mississippi State’s Will Rodgers broke that record twice in one game.

Rodgers had an amazing night. Kentucky did not.
