Kentucky target Brody Lennon receives Ohio State offer following camp workout
A big weekend is on the horizon for the Kentucky football program. The coaching staff and recruiting department will attempt to close on multiple priority recruits. A major tight end target received a big offer on Thursday.
Cleveland area native Brody Lennon camped at Ohio State and left Columbus with a scholarship offer from Ryan Day‘s program.
That certainly adds a new dynamic to Brody Lennon’s official visit to Kentucky that is slated to begin on Friday. The three-star recruit is a top-25 player in Ohio and someone who has been pursued aggressively by Vince Marrow during this cycle. The Wildcats now face some steep competition.
Brody Lennon opened the month with official visits to Missouri and Pittsburgh. Kentucky and Penn State were scheduled to get the final two official visits before a decision arrived. Things might change since Ohio State finally entered the chat in mid-June.

The prospect has emerged as Kentucky’s top option at tight end in the 2025 class. Expect the Wildcats to give Brody Lennon the red carpet treatment during his trip to Lexington. The Ohio native will be joined by wide receiver Ja’Kayden Ferguson, wide receiver Samari Reed, tackle Bryan Auguste, cornerback Demarcus Gardner (UCF commit), cornerback Andrew Purcell, and edge rushers Darryll Desir and Mandrell Desir. Kentucky commits quarterback Brennen Ward, tailback Marquise Davis, wide receiver Quintin Simmons, and safety Martels Carter will also be on campus for their official visits.
A loaded weekend in Lexington is on deck. Kentucky will attempt to close on Brody Lennon after a big offer rolled in on Thursday.
