Cason Wallace returns to starting lineup for Kentucky

Kentucky guard Cason Wallace is back in the starting lineup for the Wildcats to open postseason play.
Going down with a turned ankle against Vanderbilt last week on Senior Night, the freshman standout missed the team’s game at Arkansas. He returned to practice this week and was a full-go Thursday, but UK assistant coach Orlando Antigua fell short of confirming his availability for Friday.

Availability confirmed, with head coach John Calipari announcing on his pregame radio show that Wallace was back in the starting lineup for the Wildcats. He joins Antonio Reeves, Chris Livingston, Jacob Toppin and Oscar Tshiebwe in the first five.
CJ Fredrick (rib) is also available and will come off the bench for Kentucky alongside Lance Ware, Adou Thiero, Daimion Collins and Ugonna Onyenso. Sahvir Wheeler (ankle, medical procedure) remains out.
Tip-off in ten minutes with a spot in the SEC Tournament semifinals on the line.
