CeeDee Lamb raves about Wan'Dale Robinson: "He's so nice."
CeeDee Lamb knows what it takes to be an elite receiver in the NFL. The Dallas Cowboys standout has racked up 5,461 career receiving yards and 33 touchdowns, highlighted by a brilliant 1,859-yard campaign in 2023. He’s among the best of the best.
And he believes former Kentucky star Wan’Dale Robinson is up next.
Joining The Edge with Micah Parsons this week, Lamb singled out the New York Giants pass-catcher as a “sleeper” in the league, someone to keep an eye on moving forward.
“You know who is really a sleeper though? Wan’Dale Robinson from New York,” Lamb said. “He’s so fast, but he’s so nice. His routes is crazy.”
Robinson had his rookie season cut short due to an ACL injury in 2022, but followed it up with an impressive 525-yard, 60-catch campaign in 2023. He’s now racked up a total of 752 yards and two receiving touchdowns on 83 receptions while adding 86 yards and a touchdown on 11 career carries.

The 5-foot-8 wide receiver was selected in the second round at No. 43 overall in the 2022 NFL Draft. He was the first of four Wildcats selected, followed by Josh Paschal (Detroit Lions, second round), Luke Fortner (Jacksonville Jaguars, third round) and Darian Kinnard (Kansas City Chiefs, fifth round).
In three college seasons — two at Nebraska and one at Kentucky — Robinson combined for 2,2448 yards and ten touchdowns to go with 691 rushing yards and four scores on the ground. During his lone season at Kentucky, he caught a school record 104 receptions for 1,334 yards to go with seven touchdowns, rankings fourth nationally and second in the SEC in receptions per game (8.0).
He became the sixth player in SEC history to catch at least 100 passes in a season and had six 100-yard games, good for second on UK’s single-season list. He joined Randall Cobb as the only players in school history with multiple games of at least 12 receptions. Robinson finished his career as MVP of the Vrbo Citrus Bowl after setting Kentucky bowl records with 10 receptions for 170 yards vs. Iowa.
Now he’s on the cusp of breaking through as a star in the league.
