ESPN’s Chad Ford published a new “Grade A NBA Mock Draft” today listing every pick each team should make in order to receive an “A” grade from him in his post-draft report cards.

For Boston to earn the highest grade, Ford believes it will need to take Jamal Murray at No. 3 overall:

Boston Celtics

Needs: PF, shooting

No. 3: Jamal Murray, PG, Kentucky
No. 16: Deyonta Davis, PF, Michigan State
No. 23: Ivica Zubac, C, Bosnia
I’m not sure the Celtics need three rookies, but GM Danny Ainge looks at everything as an asset and all three of these players bring something special to the table.

Murray may be the best pure scorer in the draft. His playmaking ability gives him versatility. He’s not a great defender but he’s tough and competitive. [ESPN.com]

Ford also believes Orlando will be best suited with Skal Labissiere at No. 11, and Denver should take Tyler Ulis at No. 19.
