Matt Jones’ wildly successful Kentucky Sports Radio web site hits the air at TalkRadio 1080
WKJK!
A daily must-read for the UK sports faithful,
KentuckySportsRadio.Com is famous for blogs,
analysis, and inside information fans can get nowhere else. Now, Matt Jones brings the KSR
brand to radio, for two-hours of fast-paced energy every weekday on TalkRadio 1080 WKJK.
Announcing the new show’s debut, Clear Channel Louisville Market President Bill Gentry
said,
“We hope to provide the vast KSR web audience another way to interact with Matt, and
follow the Cats on the radio.”
Matt Jones commented:
"I am very excited to finally bring UK-based sports talkradio to the
Louisville area. We hope to provide a young, fresh perspective on the Louisville sports radio
scene.”
Kentucky Sports Radio will be listener-interactive, delivering the same insight, attitude, and
passion thousands of fans already savor on the web.
Jones will be
joined on the show each day by Zach McCrite, formerly of 1450 The Ticket.
Kentucky Sports Radio will air Monday-Friday from 10 AM to 12 Noon on TalkRadio 1080
WKJK, beginning Monday, August 23.
In addition to the new daily talkshow on TalkRadio 1080 WKJK, Matt Jones will
also host
postgame programs on sister station 84WHAS, following most University of Kentucky game
broadcasts.
