College GameDay Crew Unanimously Picks Tennessee over Kentucky
The College GameDay crew does not believe in the Big Blue. All three professional pickers selected the Tennessee Volunteers to defeat Kentucky win the border rivalry is renewed tonight at 7 pm EST on ESPN.
“I like the fact that Cedric Tillman returns today against UK,” said Desmond Howard. “I think that Tennessee’s offense is just too much for Kentucky’s defense. I got Tennessee winning big.”
Stephen A. Smith took a break from his other 738 ESPN shows to join College GameDay and proclaim the Volunteers as the Kings of College Football.
“This kid (Hendon) Hooker is special. He is my vote for the Heisman,” said Stephen A. “571 yards a game?!? 50 points a game?!?! Tennessee, I’m not gonna say it’s gonna be a romp, but I think they’re gonna drop another 50 (points) today.”

Typically, Kirk Herbstreit is the voice of reason. However, tonight he will be on the call for ESPN in Knoxville, forcing him to abstain from preaching the Gospel of Mark Stoops on College GameDay. However, Pat McAfee was on board with the Big Blue. Even though he believes Tennessee will ultimately win, the former Indianapolis Colts’ punter thinks the Cats will keep it close.
“I think this is gonna be a good game. I don’t believe it’s going to be big,” said McAfee. “I’ve been baptized in waters of the Tennessee River and I appreciate those Vols and the Vol Navy down there. Give me Tennessee winning but I think it’s gonna be close.”
These picks aren’t too different than what the rest of the national media is saying about the game between Kentucky and Tennessee. The entire SEC Nation crew also unanimously predicted a Tennessee win over Kentucky. It’d be a real shame if they jinxed the Vols, a real shame.
