College GameDay has now gone live from SEC venues twice this season in four total shows — both with Kentucky on the road. They opened the year in Fayetteville for the Cats’ win at Arkansas, and after trips to Chapel Hill and Lawrence in back-to-back weeks, the crew set up shop at Auburn today.

The premiere matchup of the day, who does GameDay expect to win between the Cats and Tigers? Auburn’s status as the SEC’s lone undefeated team at home this season at 13-0 impacted their picks.

“This Jungle Fever is for real, isn’t it? Auburn,” Seth Greenberg said.

“The depth and connectiveness, that plays into it. This place is tough,” Andraya Carter added. “I’ve got Auburn getting the win.”

“I still think the ceiling for Kentucky is very high and I love the way they play,” Jay Williams closed. “But I’ve said from the beginning of the season, Auburn has a legitimate chance to go to a Final Four. I think they get their signature win tonight.”

Jay Bilas is on the call for the game and couldn’t give his pick, but did give his biggest key to the matchup — a fair one for the Cats.

“How Kentucky handles the pressure that Auburn is going to throw at them,” he said. “How are they going to handle it? Are they going to shrink against them or be the aggressor and attack?”
