Congratulations to Dale Earnhardt, Jr. and his longtime girlfriend Amy Reimann, who got engaged yesterday in Germany. Earnhardt proposed while the two were in Germany to research his family history.
Why do we care about this, especially since I'm not a NASCAR fan?
Reimann is a UK grad. In fact, she's a former UK cheerleader. Prior to the Wisconsin game, Reimann even talked a little smack to Wisconsin fans:

Amy used to be married to former UK Football player and assistant Tommy Cook. So, yeah...there's that.
