Davion Mintz remains out, Keion Brooks Jr. returns for Kentucky
Kentucky is almost back to full strength going into its matchup against Central Michigan.
After missing the previous two weeks due to injury, Jacob Toppin and Lance Ware returned to the floor against North Florida, but Keion Brooks Jr. and Davion Mintz were forced to sit due to illness.
With Tony Barbee and the Chippewas in town, Brooks is back in the rotation, leaving Mintz as the lone absentee outside of CJ Fredrick — he underwent season-ending hamstring surgery earlier this month.

Brooks will return to the starting lineup, joining Sahvir Wheeler, TyTy Washington, Kellan Grady, and Oscar Tshiebwe.
There was speculation that several players were feeling under the weather leading up to tip-off in addition to Brooks and Mintz. Fortunately for the Wildcats, the rest of the roster was able to fight through and the team will be close to full strength.
