Former Kentucky wide receiver Dekel Crowdus transfers to Wisconsin

The last remaining free agents in the spring transfer portal are making their final decisions. Kentucky filled up its roster with the addition of James Madison tackle Cameron Jones on Wednesday. However, a former Wildcat will play a Badger next season.
Lexington (Ky.) Frederick Douglass product Dekel Crowdus will get to jump around in Camp Randall Stadium this fall.

The four-star recruit in the 2021 high school cycle recorded 16 receptions for 402 yards and four touchdowns in his only season playing for Hawaii. Dekel Crowdus went for over 50 yards receiving five times last season. Crowdus decided to enter the portal during the spring window.
Dekel Crowdus spent three seasons at Kentucky and played in 20 total games after suffering a knee injury in practice ahead of his true freshman season. The wideout left UK with four career receptions. Now the redshirt senior will get another opportunity at power conference football in the Big Ten. Crowdus has one year of eligibility remaining.
