Clear your schedules, BBN. Kentucky signees DJ Wagner and Aaron Bradshaw are coming to Frankfort next week for a high-profile national matchup.

The five-star teammates and their Camden High School squad will be taking on Combine Academy out of Lincolnton, NC for a head-to-head battle at Kentucky State University on Feb. 3. Camden is rated is the No. 1 team in New Jersey while Combine is No. 1 in North Carolina, with both programs featuring blue-chip prospects.

“We are thrilled to be bringing this high-level, high-talent game to Frankfort, which features DJ Wagner and Aaron Bradshaw, who have both signed to play at the University of Kentucky next year,” says AJ Richardson of The Agency PlayBookGrp.

Wagner and Bradshaw are the headliners, with 2024 four-star wing Billy Richmond III also a major Kentucky target suiting up for Camden. The Wildcats offered the 6-foot-6 prospect back in December, a conversation with John Calipari that left him speechless.

“When (Calipari) called me, my mouth dropped,” Richmond told KSR following the scholarship offer. “I couldn’t really say anything, just didn’t even know what to say. It was unexpected, but I’m grateful and I’m blessed.”

The new UK target is the son of former Memphis guard Billy Richmond Jr., who played for Calipari from 2002-03.

As for Combine Academy, five-star junior Trentyn Flowers is the team’s biggest name, with four-star senior Silas Demary Jr. and four-star junior Rakease Passmore also on the roster.

The event is part of The Kentucky Preview, a three-game slate that opens with back-to-back matchups of Franklin County vs. Frankfort girls (5 p.m. ET) and boys (6:30 p.m. ET).
