Dominique Hawkins Gaining Attention After Career Day

Following his career day against Louisville, in-state hero Dominique Hawkins is gaining national attention after scoring 13 points and was 3/4 behind the arc. ESPN, the Courier Journal, and the Herald Leader all had special posts on Dom following the win.
"Hawkins, who entered the game with a 1.7 scoring average, had already secured a new career-high with eight points in his 10 minutes of play in the first half. He hit his first two 3-pointers and sank a huge one when the Cardinals cut the lead to 70-68." - C.L Brown, ESPN
