EA Sports College Football '25 released its cover art featuring several current players
Big news, video gamers: There is an update regarding the highly-anticipated release of EA Sports College Football 25. On Friday, the PlayStation Store revealed the cover art for the game’s Deluxe Edition. Several players and universities are represented on the new cover, unlike the tradition of one cover athlete on past game versions. In the reboot, three college football stars–Texas QB Quinn Ewers, Michigan RB Donovan Edwards, and Colorado DB Travis Hunter–have the most prominent spots. Behind them, Alabama QB Jalen Milroe, Georgia QB Carson Beck, and Ohio State RB Quinshon Judkins are also seen in the mix of various unnamed players around the country.
With the artwork in the PlayStation Store came a countdown clock on EA’s website. More news will be available on May 16 before the game’s release this summer, at which point you may never see me again.

Where is Deone Walker? Where is Kentucky?
With so many teams and future stars of college football featured, I couldn’t help but notice Kentucky‘s absence. Where is Deone Walker? At his size, he should stand out in the very back. Yet, no Deone.
Perhaps one of the anonymous blue helmets in the background is a Kentucky helmet? Or even better, they’re saving Deone Walker as the cover athlete on the standard version. Whatever the case, Kentucky is winning the next five national championships once I get my hands on that game.
