Detroit gets the 2027 event, which will take place at Ford Field. In 2028, the Final Four will head to Allegiant Stadium in Las Vegas. In 2029, Indianapolis will host the Final Four for the tenth time, and in 2030, it will go to AT&T Stadium in North Texas (aka, Arlington/Dallas).

2028 will be Vegas’ first Final Four; in March, the city will host a regional for the first time.

“We are excited to bring the NCAA’s premier championship to Las Vegas, a city that for a number of years has hosted numerous championships from several member conferences,” said Chris Reynolds, athletics director at Bradley and the chair of the NCAA Division I Men’s Basketball Committee. “The feedback from leagues, the fans of their teams and the media covering the events staged there has been overwhelmingly positive, and we are confident we’ll get the same reviews when the Men’s Final Four is played at Allegiant Stadium.”

Atlanta was also a finalist to host one of the 2027-2030 Final Fours, but got snubbed, a surprise since the 2020 Final Four, which was scheduled to take place at Mercedes-Benz Stadium, was canceled due to COVID. Matt Norlander of CBS Sports is reporting that Atlanta could eventually get the 2031 Final Four.

Once Nashville’s new $2 billion domed stadium is completed in 2026, it’s only a matter of time before the Final Four comes to Music City. Can’t wait.
