For those who think Brooks or Mumme are bad...
For those of you who have complained about the football ability of Rich Brooks or the bizarre calls of fake punts of former Coach Hal Mumme, I bring you the bizarre intelligence of former Dallas Cowboy Coach, Barry Switzer. Here is the situation. Two minutes left in the game.....game tied. Cowboys have Fourth and 1 on their own 29 yardline. Switzer makes the bizarre decision to go for it, not once....but because of a procedural error....twice. John Madden, who is in the booth with Pat Summerall, pre-his being drunk every day, goes nuts at the absurdity of the call. It all adds up to some good comedy and makes you appreciate the Bill Curry era at UK.
