Headed to Athens for tomorrow’s Kentucky vs. Georgia game? Here’s everything you need to know.

It’s gonna rain

Pack some warm clothes and a poncho because it’s going to be cold and rainy due to a tropical storm coming through the area:

Gonna be a big day for the running backs. Good thing Georgia always has terrible ones. ::Gritted teeth emoji::

KSR Pregame Show: 3 p.m.

For road games, the pregame show starts three hours before kickoff, so at 3:00 p.m., tune into 630 WLAP or fire up that iHeart app to hear the gang preview the Cats vs. the Dawgs.

Cat Walk: 3:45 p.m.

At 3:30 p.m., head towards Gate 5 at the northeast corner of the stadium to see the Cats arrive.

Stadium and Parking Maps

Free Parking is available in some areas of campus (Intramural Deck and some areas on East Campus) on a first come first served basis. Parking for a $20 per game fee is also available in the North, East, Carlton, and PAC decks as well as the E03 and E11 lots on a first come first served basis. Campus Transit provides free shuttle service from the East Deck and from the IM Deck. The Intramural Field Deck, grass parking, and lots are for overflow parking only. Click here for more parking information.

Tailgating

Georgia fans tailgate all over Athens, but a popular spot is North Campus, which is bounded by Broad Street, Lumpkin Street, Baldwin Street, and Jackson Street (including, but not limited to, the area between Broad Street and Old College, the area between Old College and the Main Library, and Herty Field).

There are so many restaurants and bars in Athens it’s hard to go wrong, but for some good recommendations, check out Roush’s post from earlier today.

Where to Eat and Drink in Athens

You can’t go wrong with a Tropicalia IPA at Trappeze Pub.
