What can we expect tomorrow? Matt told the Associated Press' Adam Beam that he's going after Rand Paul, who decided NOT to attend the biggest political event in his own state.
"I am going to hammer Rand Paul for not coming," Jones said. "You're a senator in a state, you're up for re-election next year and how do you not come because you want to go to New Hampshire? That to me is really weak."
Beam wrote a nice profile of Matt, who he said is known more for hating UofL and Pitino than politics, which is true. He also called KSR "a must-stop for any political candidate seeking statewide office in Kentucky," which sounds weird but is also true. Click here to read the entire article.
If you can't make it to Fancy Farm, KET will televise the speeches live starting with a "pregame show" at 2:30 p.m. ET. Hilariously, the folks at the event have requested that Drew and Ryan also sit onstage with Matt, so if anything, you can laugh at them as they attempt not to knock anything over.
Here's the speaking order for the picnic, which begins at 3 p.m. ET. If you miss it on KET, it'll replay throughout the week. (For a full schedule, click here.)
