Kentucky’s two-game losing streak is now a single-game winning streak, defeating the Mississippi State Bulldogs by a final score of 27-17. With the win, the Wildcats move to 5-2 on the year and 2-2 in SEC play.
How did the victory come to fruition? Will Levis and Chris Rodriguez led the way offensively, while the defensive unit was impressive top to bottom, allowing just 225 yards (203 passing and 22 rushing), 13 first downs and an average of 4.8 yards per play.

This comes after Mississippi State entered the day averaging 461.3 yards per game, good for top-30 in college football. Quarterback Will Rogers led the nation in passing yards and was completing an absurd 71.6% of his passes.
