How bad is it? A Kentucky player was spotted in the concession line during the game
The Governor’s Cup had a little bit of everything to showcase Kentucky Football‘s many problems in 2024, but none quite like a player in line at the concession stand during the game.
Yes, that actually happened on Saturday during the blowout loss to Louisville in the home finale. Offensive lineman Gerald Mincey was spotted in his uniform at a Kroger Field concession stand. Mincey did not participate in the final game of the season, but it is still an unwritten rule in football to stay on the sideline with your team and not in the hot dog line while the game is live.
The account @cookemcats shared the clip of Mincey online:
Culture and discipline have been ongoing concerns around Mark Stoops’ football program this year and last. This video will not help silence those concerns.
