Isaiah Jackson ties NBA Summer League single-game block record
In his final NBA Summer League game, Isaiah Jackson backed up his reputation as an elite shot-blocker. This afternoon, Jackson tied the Summer League single-game block record, swatting seven shots in the Pacers’ win over the Wizards. He finished with 11 points, 7 blocks, 7 rebounds, 2 steals, and 1 assist in just under 21 minutes and ranked second on the team in efficiency at +15.
Yesterday, Jackson turned in one of the highlights of the day in the Summer League, this dunk over the Thunder’s Jeremiah Robinson-Earl. He finished that game, also a Pacers win, with 12 points on 6-11 shooting from the floor, 4 rebounds, and 2 blocks in 18 minutes.

At Kentucky, Isaiah Jackson totaled 65 blocks, averaging 2.6 per game, which led the SEC and ranked 15th nationally. He had eight blocks vs. Kansas, the most for a Kentucky player since Willie Cauley-Stein blocked nine shots vs. Boise State on Dec. 10, 2013.
Jackson was selected No. 22 by the Los Angeles Lakers in the 2021 NBA Draft and traded to the Indiana Pacers. Judging by his recent performances in Las Vegas, I’d say the Pacers are pretty happy with their new rookie.
