Jamin Davis made himself known at Washington OTAs

Emilee Fails | Washington Football Team
Former Wildcat Jamin Davis made quite an impression during the Washington Football Team’s voluntary OTAs, which concluded earlier this week.
Davis showed enough flash on the field that head coach Ron Rivera compared him to a pretty good player he coached in Carolina: Luke Kuechly.
Rivera said one of the things Kuechly spoke to Washington's LBs about was playing all three spots and being that do-it-all backer.
Rivera believes first-round rookie Jamin Davis can develop into that type of three-down LB'er.

He was just as hard to miss off the field as well. It seemed the Washington Football Team’s cameras couldn’t stay away from his infectious personality during the three-week period.

The talk of the Twitter, however, was QB Ryan Fitzpatrick. The 38-year-old journeyman snapped an iconic “first day of school” photo that sent the internet ablaze.

Even Davis himself gave the starting QB a shoutout.

The rookie “shadowed” the veteran, posing for a similar picture with fellow rookie Darrick Forrest.
It looks like Davis is having a blast with his new teammates, and the season hasn’t even started yet. With OTAs in the books, the team is off until Training Camp, which runs July 27-31.
