Jeff Ruby's on the Waterfront is sinking

You're looking at picture of Jeff Ruby's Waterfront restaurant. The restaurant, designed to float on the Ohio river in Covington, is now sinking.
The restaurant has a troubled history; in March 2011, it broke free from its dock and drifted downriver with several diners onboard, and this past February, it was hit by a chunk of ice and broke free from its landing again. The restaurant was taken to a marina in Taylorsport for repair, and apparently, a tow boat hit it few weeks ago, puncturing the hull to cause the sinking you see above. Fortunately, Ruby had already scrapped plans for this particular building, announcing in July that he plans to reopen the Waterfront restaurant in Covington, this time on land.
Regardless, it was a loss for Ruby, who tweeted out this picture of the sinking restaurant this morning:
