Kentucky commit Jiquavious Marshall will enroll early
Transfer portal movement is taking up a lot of oxygen in the college football recruiting space, but big moves are being made on the trail in the high school ranks. Important official visits are taking place and recruitments are being closed. A Peach State defensive back is ready to get to campus.
Macon (Ga.) Westside senior Jiquavious Marshall committed to Kentucky in June and has remained solid in that pledge. On Sunday, the high three-star prospect confirmed that he will be on campus in January as an early enrollee.

Jiquavious Marshall was one of multiple recruiting wins for cornerbacks coach Chris Collins this cycle. The top-70 prospect in Georgia was getting some serious interest from Florida State but the Wildcats were able to lock in a summer commitment. Marshall will join top-200 recruit Teryhon Nichols and three-star prospect Quaysheed Scott in the Kentucky secondary next season. The latter confirmed his commitment to Kentucky during an official visit over the weekend.
Kentucky currently has 22 high school commitments in the class of 2024. The Wildcats own the No. 23 overall class, according to the On3 Industry team rankings. Do not be surprised if a 2024 signee or two pushes for playing time in the fall.
