There’s one thing Santa Claus cannot stuff your stocking with this holiday season. Luckily, one of Santa’s little helpers is here to make sure every college basketball fan has brackets to enjoy this Christmas season.
Like Santa, it’s Joe Lunardi’s busiest time of the year. He’s watching games and crunching numbers in his bracket bunker. The latest findings put the Wildcats on the nice list. You will not be surprised to find a usual suspect on the naughty list.

The Christmas Eve edition of Joe Lunardi’s projected NCAA Tournament bracket have the Wildcats as a 4-seed in Chicago, up one spot from a 5-seed, taking on a familiar foe, the Ohio Bobcats. The Wildcats defeated Ohio 77-59 Nov. 19.

As for our friends in Louisville, Lunardi does not currently project the Cardinals in the field of 68. They are not one of the first four out, but the next four to miss the NCAA Tournament cut. There are only four ACC teams in the field, half as many as the SEC’s eight.
Enjoy Joe Lunardi’s entire bracket and have a Happy Holidays.
