An annual fan favorite, the season tip-off event will take place on October 22 from 5-8 p.m. ET, with registration now open for interested participants. The cost will be $75 with the first 250 attendees receiving two free Big Blue Madness tickets.
What can fans expect from the event? It’s designed for women of all levels of basketball knowledge and experience, an opportunity to meet the new Wildcats and get an exclusive inside look at the Kentucky men’s basketball program.
So here’s what your $75 will get you:
- Two Big Blue Madness tickets for the first 250 participants
- A small group picture with the entire Kentucky basketball team
- An opportunity to take a photo with John Calipari and Ellen Calipari
And that’s just what you take home. Basketballs will also be for sale during registration, while team photos will be free for digital or print use after the clinic via download.
As for the experience itself, participants will enjoy a self-guided tour of Rupp Arena, including the men’s basketball locker room. Staff members will be stationed throughout the facility for directions and questions. Food will also be available during the clinic.
