Justice Dingle, Brother of UK Commit Jordan Dingle, Enters Transfer Portal
The brother of a UK football commit is on the move.
Georgia Tech defensive lineman Justice Dingle has entered his name in the transfer portal. The redshirt sophomore played in 11 games in 2019 and started in one, recording six tackles and leading the team with three fumble recoveries.
A four-star recruit in the class of 2018 and the second-ranked player in the state of Kentucky, Dingle was recruited by the Wramblin’ Wreck to play outside linebacker in a 3-4 defense. Following Paul Johnson’s retirement, Geoff Collins’ staff changed defenses and moved Dingle to defensive end in a four-down defensive front.

The Bowling Green native is searching for greener pastures less than two weeks after his younger brother, tight end Jordan Dingle, announced his commitment to Kentucky, a school with a 3-4 defense ran by Brad White who has a reputation for developing outside linebackers. With Boogie Watson on the way out, UK could also use another outside linebacker on the roster.
It does not take a rocket scientist follow the football recruiting breadcrumbs. There’s a good chance the Bowling Green brothers could team up in Lexington.
