Kenny Brooks and the Kentucky women’s basketball staff continue to work during this offseason. Even though this year’s roster is all but set, they continue to look to the future, making sure to extend offers to the next line of ‘Cats. This time, Brooks offered Trinity Jones on Monday, one of the best in the 2026 class.

Jones is the No. 5 player in the 2026 class, per ESPN. The 6-foot-1 guard becomes the third top-20 player to be offered by Brooks in the sophomore class. Each of the six offers he has extended thus far (that we’re aware of, at least) have all gone to top 30 prospects.

On the 2023 USA Basketball Women’s U16 National Team, Jones averaged 9.5 points, 6.7 rebounds, and 1.2 blocks as Team USA went 6-0, winning gold in the 2023 FIBA Americas U16 Championship in Mexico. She shot 57.9% from the field during the tournament as well.

Then, on Tuesday, Brooks extended his second offer in the 2027 class, and once again, Kentucky has its sights set on another rising star on the international scene. Brooks offered Isabella Marion out of Denmark.

The 6-foot-4 forward took a visit to Virginia Tech when Brooks was still in Blacksburg. Additionally, she has offers from Ohio State, UNC, and Colorado, among others.

At just 15 years of age, Marion is already one of the best players in all of Denmark, and she has practically unlimited potential to get even better.

In the 2023 FIBA U16 Women’s European Championship, Marion averaged 4.9 points, 2.3 blocks, 2.1 assists, and a very solid 7.9 rebounds per game — good enough for a top-10 mark in the event. Against Ireland, she grabbed 15 rebounds and dished out four assists while recording five blocks on the day as well. Then, against Bosnia and Herzegovina (that’s just one country, by the way), Marion put up 12 points, 12 boards, two steals and two blocks.

Expect to see her end up at a big-time school in the future. Hopefully, Brooks’ track record with international prospects is enough to get her to Lexington.
