We are 102 days away from Kentucky’s season opener vs. Ball State. This morning, Bovada released odds for Week 1 and, as you might expect, the Cats are a big favorite vs. the… [searches for Ball State mascot] …Cardinals. A 26.5-point favorite, in fact.

Ball State was 5-7 last season, 3-5 in the MAC. The Cardinals lost to Tennessee 59-10 to open the season. After playing Kentucky at Kroger Field on September 2, Ball State travels to Sanford Stadium to play defending national champions Georgia. I can’t wait to see the spread on that one.

This isn’t the only Kentucky game we’ve got a line for. Last month, FanDuel released early odds for a handful of games, including Kentucky vs. Georgia. The Bulldogs are a 24-point favorite in that matchup, which takes place October 7 in Athens.
